Premier Job Builder legal

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 2, 2026

Premier Job Builder (“PJB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Ecomtraders & Investments Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as Premier Job Builder.

This Privacy Policy explains how PJB collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when people visit, access, receive communications from, or otherwise interact with the Premier Job Builder Platform.

In this Privacy Policy:

  • “Platform” means the PJB websites, staff and administrative portals, secure external links, applications, integrations, communications, AI-assisted features, and related services.
  • “Subscriber” means the independent contractor, construction company, service company, trade business, or other organization that subscribes to PJB.
  • “Authorized User” means an owner, administrator, office employee, field worker, or other person given an authenticated account by a Subscriber.
  • “External Recipient” means a customer, vendor, subcontractor, signer, warranty claimant, payment recipient, or other person who interacts with a limited Platform feature or secure link without receiving a general PJB account.

1. PJB's role

PJB provides software that Subscribers use to manage customers, contacts, job sites, projects, vendors, subcontractors, personnel, products and services, quotes, work orders, documents, communications, schedules, invoices, payments, warranties, reporting, integrations, and other business activities.

For most Subscriber business data, including customer, project, vendor, subcontractor, workforce, quote, and job information, the Subscriber determines why the information is collected and how it is used. PJB processes that information to provide, secure, support, and operate the Platform for the Subscriber.

PJB separately determines how information is used for Platform account administration, authentication, security, fraud prevention, technical support, subscription administration, system operation, legal compliance, service improvement, and other purposes described in this Policy.

PJB is not the Subscriber's contractor, employer, customer, vendor, subcontractor, insurer, or warranty provider.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies when you:

  • visit a PJB website or legal page;
  • receive or accept a staff invitation;
  • create, activate, or use a PJB account;
  • use an administrative, office, or field-worker experience;
  • open a secure external quote, signature, work-order, payment, document, or warranty link;
  • submit or review customer, site, vendor, subcontractor, project, quote, work-order, warranty, or payment information;
  • upload photographs, spreadsheets, or documents;
  • use AI-assisted estimating or import features;
  • communicate through the Platform or contact PJB for support;
  • otherwise interact with the Platform.

A Subscriber may provide separate customer notices, employee policies, location notices, workforce-monitoring notices, vendor notices, subcontractor notices, or other disclosures. Those are separate from this Privacy Policy.

3. Information we collect

Account and staff information

We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, authentication information, organization affiliation, roles, permissions, account status, communication preferences, invitation details, and records of legal-document acceptance.

Customer, contact, billing, site, and project information

The Platform may process individual or company customer names, contact names and titles, phone numbers, email addresses, customer numbers, billing addresses, job or service-site names and addresses, site contacts, project identifiers, project scope, descriptions, measurements, schedules, phases, permits, inspections, photographs, videos, notes, messages, documents, approvals, and other project records.

Vendor and subcontractor information

The Platform may process vendor or subcontractor company and individual names, contacts, addresses, specialties, project assignments, licensing information, insurance status and expiration dates, workers-compensation information, W-9 status, compliance notes, documents, work-order activity, and communications.

PJB should not be used as a general-purpose repository for full Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive tax identifiers unless PJB expressly provides a feature designed for that information.

Products, services, estimating, quote, and import information

The Platform may process product and service catalogs, item codes, descriptions, categories, divisions, units, costs where authorized, sale rates, markups, taxes, quote line items, quantities, options, exclusions, revisions, accepted snapshots, spreadsheet files, imported source data, column mappings, duplicate warnings, and related records.

Workforce and field information

When enabled, the Platform may process staff names, assignments, timekeeping, dates and hours worked, project and work-order activity, completion notes, photographs, checklist and form responses, signatures, device information, and location associated with an authorized field or timekeeping action.

Payment and accounting information

The Platform may process quote totals, invoices, draw schedules, due dates, amounts, credits, refunds, payment status, transaction identifiers, payment-method type, accounting identifiers, reconciliation information, and limited billing information. Payment-card or bank-account details may be collected directly by a payment processor rather than stored by PJB.

Warranties and installed assets

The Platform may process warranty terms, warranty decisions, claims, photographs, documents, service records, installed-equipment details, manufacturer information, model and serial numbers, installation dates, and related project information.

Secure-link and electronic-action information

When an External Recipient uses a secure link, we may collect the token or link identifier, resource accessed, date and time, IP address, browser or device information, view status, acceptance or decline action, signature activity, uploaded files, notes, and other information needed to provide and audit that specific interaction.

AI input and output information

When a Subscriber chooses to use an AI-assisted feature, the Platform may process the prompt and the information selected or supplied for that feature, which may include job descriptions, measurements, notes, photographs, documents, spreadsheets, selected templates, catalog items, customer or site context, and generated suggestions or classifications.

Technical, usage, and support information

We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, session and login activity, dates and times, pages and features accessed, diagnostic information, security and audit logs, cookies or similar technology, and support communications or attachments.

4. How we collect information

We may collect information:

  • directly from you;
  • from the Subscriber and its Authorized Users;
  • from customers, contacts, vendors, subcontractors, or other authorized External Recipients;
  • from uploaded files, forms, photographs, spreadsheets, and documents;
  • automatically from devices and Platform activity;
  • from accounting, payment, signature, communication, mapping, storage, AI, or other authorized integrations;
  • from other sources when permitted by applicable law.

5. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • create, authenticate, secure, and administer accounts;
  • enforce Subscriber, organization, role, project, work-order, document, and feature permissions;
  • provide customer, site, project, vendor, subcontractor, workforce, quote, work-order, warranty, payment, and reporting features;
  • process imports and synchronize authorized integrations;
  • facilitate documents, approvals, electronic signatures, payments, and communications;
  • provide AI-assisted features when requested by an Authorized User;
  • generate suggestions, mappings, classifications, summaries, or draft content for human review;
  • provide notifications and secure external interactions;
  • respond to support requests and diagnose errors;
  • maintain, monitor, improve, and protect Platform performance and reliability;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and cross-organization access;
  • investigate security incidents and suspected violations;
  • maintain records, backups, audit history, and legal evidence;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and contractual obligations;
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
  • create aggregated or de-identified information;
  • perform another purpose disclosed when information is collected or as permitted by law.

6. How information is disclosed

The Subscriber and Authorized Users

Information connected to a Subscriber may be available to that Subscriber's Authorized Users according to organization membership, roles, project assignments, permissions, and visibility settings.

External Recipients

A Subscriber may direct PJB to make limited information available to a customer, vendor, subcontractor, signer, warranty claimant, or other External Recipient through a secure link or similar feature. PJB is designed to expose only the information intended for that interaction, subject to the Subscriber's configuration and applicable permissions.

Service providers

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the Platform, including cloud hosting, data storage, authentication, security, payment processing, accounting, electronic signatures, email, SMS, push notifications, mapping, AI processing, monitoring, diagnostics, support, backups, and disaster recovery.

Service providers receive information as reasonably necessary to perform their services for PJB or the Subscriber.

Subscriber-authorized integrations

When a Subscriber enables an integration, information may be transmitted to or received from that provider according to the Subscriber's configuration, granted permissions, user activity, and the provider's technical requirements. Third-party providers maintain their own terms and privacy policies.

Legal, security, and safety purposes

We may preserve or disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful process, investigate fraud or unauthorized access, respond to a security incident, enforce agreements, protect rights or safety, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business transactions and authorization

Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Platform, or for another purpose when you, the Subscriber, or another legally authorized person directs or authorizes us to do so.

7. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted features are optional. When an Authorized User invokes one, information selected for the request may be sent to an AI service provider to generate the requested output.

PJB uses organization-scoped access controls and does not intentionally make one Subscriber's confidential customer, vendor, project, pricing, or workforce content available to another Subscriber.

PJB may store prompts, selected context, generated output, provider metadata, and audit information as reasonably necessary to provide the feature, troubleshoot problems, maintain security, document activity, and improve the Subscriber's experience.

Third-party AI providers may have their own processing and retention terms. PJB selects and configures providers based on available contractual, security, and data-control options. If PJB materially changes how Subscriber confidential content is used for model training or another unrelated purpose, PJB will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice or authorization required by law or contract.

8. Sale and targeted advertising

PJB does not sell personal information.

PJB does not use or disclose Subscriber customer, project, vendor, subcontractor, workforce, pricing, or warranty information for third-party targeted advertising.

If these practices materially change, PJB will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice, consent, or privacy choices required by applicable law before beginning the new practice.

9. Payments and third-party integrations

Payment processors, accounting platforms, electronic-signature providers, communication providers, AI providers, cloud providers, and other integrations may independently collect or process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

PJB may receive limited information needed to identify and reconcile transactions, synchronize accounting records, document signatures, deliver communications, support integrations, and investigate errors or support requests.

10. Timekeeping and location information

A Subscriber may enable timekeeping, work-order, or field-management features that process time, project, device, and location information associated with authorized actions.

The Subscriber is responsible for deciding whether to use these features, giving legally required notices, obtaining required consent, establishing workplace policies, reviewing time records, determining payroll and compensation, and complying with employment, monitoring, privacy, and recordkeeping laws.

You may control certain location permissions through your device settings. Disabling a required permission may prevent the related feature from working.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

The Platform may use cookies, session identifiers, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, preferences, permissions, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and performance.

Disabling technologies required for Platform operation may prevent login or other features from functioning correctly.

12. Data retention

PJB retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, follow lawful Subscriber instructions, support projects and transactions, maintain signature, acceptance, audit and security records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, warranty, employment, and contractual obligations, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, resolve disputes, and establish or defend claims.

Retention periods vary by information type, purpose, Subscriber instructions, backup procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable law. Information deleted from active systems may remain temporarily in restricted backups until overwritten or expired.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, PJB may delete, de-identify, aggregate, or securely dispose of it.

13. Security and tenant isolation

PJB uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Safeguards may include encrypted network connections, authentication, role-based access controls, organization-level restrictions, restricted administrative access, audit logging, backups, monitoring, and incident-response procedures.

PJB's multi-tenant architecture is designed to scope Subscriber data by organization and permissions. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting credentials and secure links, using secure devices, avoiding unauthorized sharing, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Security concerns may be reported to support@premierjobbuilder.com.

14. Privacy choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about use or disclosure, an appeal of certain decisions, or other rights.

Much of the information in the Platform is controlled by the applicable Subscriber. For customer, project, vendor, subcontractor, workforce, invoice, warranty, or Subscriber communication records, you should ordinarily contact the Subscriber first. PJB may refer a request to the Subscriber or assist the Subscriber in responding.

Requests concerning information controlled directly by PJB may be sent to support@premierjobbuilder.com. Include your name, account or contact email, associated Subscriber if known, and a description of the request.

PJB may verify identity and authority before responding. Requests may be limited where retention or processing is permitted or required for transactions, accounting, taxes, warranties, employment, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legal claims.

PJB will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

15. Children's privacy

The Platform is intended for businesses, authorized staff, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and other business-related users and recipients. It is not directed to children under 13, and PJB does not knowingly allow a child under 13 to create an independent account.

If PJB learns that it collected personal information directly from a child under 13 in circumstances governed by applicable law, PJB will take appropriate steps to delete or restrict that information.

A parent or legal guardian who believes a child directly submitted personal information may contact support@premierjobbuilder.com.

16. Third-party websites and services

The Platform may link to or interact with third-party services. Those parties maintain their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, retention practices, and account controls. PJB is not responsible for a third party's independent privacy practices.

17. United States operation

The Platform is intended primarily for use within the United States. Information may be stored or processed in the United States or another location where PJB or an authorized service provider operates.

18. Changes to this Privacy Policy

PJB may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Platform features, business operations, information practices, integrations, AI features, security procedures, or legal requirements.

The effective date will be revised when the Policy changes. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform, email, an account notice, a legal-review screen, or another reasonable method. When required by law, PJB will request additional authorization before beginning a materially different use of personal information.
